Only you know what your mission is. When you are quiet and go within, you will hear your orders from Mission Control.
Before any mission begins, there is a training and preparation phase. Part of the preparation includes releasing all bonds (attachments), boundaries (mental and emotional), borders (governmental), and beliefs (mind sets and patterns that affect our behavior).
You are part of the cosmos, not just a resident of a city, within a county, within a state, within a country. If you traveled to Mars and met Martians who asked you where you were from, would you say “Sedona”? “Arizona”? “United States”? Or would you say from “Earth”? Broadening your thinking means zooming out, if you will, from your small corner of the world to see the bigger picture.
ACTIVITY
Make a list of your beliefs. Beliefs are thoughts such as: money comes from working hard for some company; freedom has to be defended; I am not worthy of ____; saving for the future means security, etc.
JOURNAL
Now look at each belief, one at a time and answer the following questions.
What does this belief say about what you think about yourself?
Does this belief represent your highest thought?
Does this belief limit you? If yes, how?
