I will be hosting Thursday meditations starting on March 1 immediately after the book signing.  Meditation will normally begin around 7:30 PM.  Participants are asked to arrive early.  By donation.

Free “playshops” on four Sundays starting Feb. 26, March 25, April 22, and May 20

2:00 – 3:00 PM at the Canastota Library, 102 W. Center St., Canastota, NY

Bring a snack to share and wear comfortable clothes.

Through dialogue, drawing, meditation, writing, movement, sound, humor, play and more we will take a journey of self-discovery.
