YOU’RE NOT GOING CRAZY, SHIFT HAPPENS!
Have you or someone you know within the last couple of
years unexpectedly decided to leave a relationship, job, or
home? Are you experiencing strange unexplainable physical
symptoms such as bouts of extreme fatigue, headaches in
the back of your head, and sleepless nights? Do you feel
depressed, anxious, and angry for no apparent reason?
Well, I have good news! You are not going crazy. You are
experiencing the shift of ages!
We are in the thick of what the Maya call the lifetime of
change or what the Hopi refer to as the eleventh hour. The
Mayan Calendar reflects this time of monumental change with
its end date of 2011 or 2012 depending on which expert you
talk to. The earth is going through a cyclical shift that
happens every 26,000 years or so. As the earth shifts her
energy, we shift right along with her. Join Joan Cerio, author
and mystic, as she explains and explores the nuances of

GETTING TO YOU: REMOVING YOUR FILTERS TO SEE
THE REAL YOU
Many of us have allowed others’ perceptions (society,
government, religion, workplace, family, and friends) to cloud
how we see ourselves. I call these perceptions, filters. We
allow these filters to be placed on us from childhood on up to
adulthood. With each filter we add, the more our true
essence is masked. Eventually we forgot who we really are.
You are so much more than what you have been told you
are. Through meditation, movement, drawing, writing,
sounding, and ceremony you will identify your filters and
learn how to remove them to see the real you. “Renew your
vision of who you think you are. Take the time to open your
heart to yourself, look inside, and see the divine spark that

READING THE SIGNS ALONG THE WAY –
UNDERSTANDING YOUR UNIVERSAL COMMUNICATION
“Hello, is anyone there?” Can you hear me now?”
The universe is constantly sending us messages, dropping
subtle hints, and leaving pieces of bread along our life path
so we won’t get lost. These puzzle pieces to our lives come
in many forms, from billboards, to street signs, to
conversations, to songs on the radio, to today’s headline.
Our job is to pay attention and put the puzzle pieces
together to see the bigger picture of our lives.
Join author, mystic, healer, teacher, and way-shower Joan
Cerio as she translates the language of universal
communication through stories, examples, humor, and
practical application.
Registration and Fees:
Registration for all the above workshops is due 3 days prior
